In the large-scale electrolysis of water for hydrogen production, electrolysis equipment typically needs to handle high currents ranging from hundreds to thousands of amperes. This high current helps to increase the rate of hydrogen production, but it also places higher demands on the electrolysis power supply equipment:
Efficient and stable output: The electrolysis process requires a power supply capable of delivering stable and efficient DC current to ensure that electrolysis efficiency is maximized.
Low ripple: Unstable current affects the bubble formation and desorption process on the electrode surface, resulting in uneven bubble sizes and potentially reducing gas collection efficiency.
